Data Essence & CLP Labelling

As a progressive company here at Trade Essential Oils we are always looking at making your business grow without the stress that CLP Regulation (classification, labelling and packaging of chemicals, EU) seems to be causing our customers since it came into force.

We have put well over a 1000 plus staff hours plus a £15000 investment in installing Data Essence always trying to help our customers requirements & it is still causing problems for some, when mixing any of our products together, trying to take the information off the SDS that we supply.

We have completed the full installation of Data Essence with a great success.

Data Essence is a unique, secure and high performing software product designed specifically for formulating products like ours in the Fragrance and Essential Oil Industry.

Our SDS, IFRA & Allergens (now a combined doc) and separate CLP doc’s for all our products listed with the added benefit to you having the CLP already done for products mixed up to 10% with a non hazardous  product like soya wax, etc.

This was a very large investment, but we think it’s been our next major step to help our customers as it will enable us to instantly get the correct info for your SDS & CLP labelling requirements, for any products we sell, if mixed together by you or our company.

Further to this, we will need any SDS un-banded for your products that you mix with ours, like your waxes, dyes, soap bases etc. (The list is endless.) We can now produce SDS, IFRA, Allergens’ & the CLP data for your own blends at reasonable costs. (as little as £7*)

This will also cut down the costs for your cosmetic compliance as your agent will not have as much work to do with your blends on one combined doc.

We can now at the touch of a button or two, create all the info you need for your product mixes.  Thus, enabling us to list 1000’s of new products also, these are in the forefront of our company planned expansion this year & beyond to help you expand like we have over the last few years you using & us selling these new products.
