This can be used as a room spray, pillow spray, it can be sprayed on a tissue to breathe in during the day or tucked into your pillow at night.

This blend consists of 100% Pure Essential Oils – Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) , Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia),  Juniper (Juniperus communis),  Lemon (Citrus limon), Orange (Sweet) (Citrus sinensis) .

This essential oil synergy blend contains oils that together may help with hangover symptoms, such as headaches, nausea and fatigue.

Rosemary –  mental fatigue, muscle pain and spasms,

Juniper – In the Middle Ages, a juniper bush was thought to repel witches if planted by the door.In the 17th century, the English herbalist Nicolas Culpeper described juniper as ‘provoking urine exceedingly’. In WW2, nurses burnt juniper to disinfect the air.

Lemon – Early Christians sometimes portrayed the lemon as the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge from which Eve ate before being expelled from Eden. The Romans believed in dosing pregnant women with lemon cordials to alleviate nausea.

Orange –  Oranges & lemons have been used traditionally to treat palpitations,to thin the blood and to cure scurvy. Aromatherapy Properties : Dull and oily complexions, mouth ulcers.
