This can be used as a room spray, pillow spray, it can be sprayed on a tissue to breathe in during the day

This blend consists of 100% Pure Essential Oils – Ginger (Zingiber officinale), Peppermint (Mentha Piperita), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia).

This synergy blend may help with motion sickness, bloating, gas and nausea. It may help with relaxation and calm your nerves.
