This blend consists of 100% Pure Essential Oils – , Peppermint (Mentha Piperita),  Basil, Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Lemon (Citrus limon), Grapefruit (Citrus grandis).

Basil – can help with anxiety, depression, nervous tension, clears the mind. Migraine, rheumatism, muscular aches & pains.Catarrh, sinusitis, whooping cough, flu, emphysema. Acne, wasp stings, mosquito bites. Nausea, flatulence, dyspepsia.

Rosemary –  used for acne, arouses memory, asthma, bronchitis, colds, colitis, dandruff, dermatitis, dysmenorrhea, dyspepsia, eczema, poor circulation, flatulence, flu, gout, greasy hair, hangovers, headache, hypotension, jaundice, leucorrhea, mental fatigue, muscle pain and spasms, neuralgia, palpitations, rheumatism, scabies, varicose veins and whooping cough.
