Because of its effects on the nervous and hormone systems it also one of the best oils, like rose oil, for women to use. It is also one of the best essential oils to use for skincare.
Aromatherapy Properties : Stress and neuralgia. Sore throat, tonsillitis
Acne, burns, bruises, cuts, eczema, dermatitis, haemorrhoids, lice, ringworm, ulcers
PMT, menopausal problems, cellulitis, breast engorgement, oedema and poor circulation.
Blends Well With : Lavender, patchouli, clove, rose, neroli, sandalwood, jasmine, juniper and citrus oils.
Safety Data : Non-toxic, non-irritant and generally non-sensitizing. Due to the fact that it balances the hormonal system, it should not be used in pregnancy.

Essential oils are used for blending with carrier base oils to make special blends for massaging the body.

By adding different essential oils to the base carrier oil this then during massage carries the essential oils into the body.

So when mixing essential oil from a recipe please do not add more than recommended for one massage and if the skin is dry and you need more oil just add more carrier base oil not more essential oil.

oil burners, inhalers, hot & cold compresses, perfume, soap & candle-making.
