This can be used as a room spray, pillow spray, it can be sprayed on a tissue to breathe in during the day or tucked into your pillow at night or put a few drops in your bath.

This blend consists of 100% Pure Essential Oils – Vetivert, Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Frankincense (Boswellia cartari).

This essential oil synergy blend helps relax, calm and may help to give a great nights sleep leaving you refreshed in the morning!

Frankincense – Was considered to be as precious as gold in Christ’s time and was given to the baby Jesus along with gold and myrrh. The word frankincense comes from a 10th century French word meaning ‘luxuriant incense’.

Lavender is the most universal of all essential oils. It can help with sleep, migraines, headaches, anxiety, depression, nervous tension and emotional stress and stress related conditions, pmt, sciatica, shock, vertigo. Aches and pains including sore muscles, tense muscles, muscular aches, rheumatism, sprains, backache and lumbago.
Respiratory problems including throat infections, flu, cough, cold, catarrh, halitosis, asthma, sinus congestion, bronchitis, whooping cough, laryngitis, and tonsillitis.

Vertivert – Acne, cuts, oily skin, arthritis, rheumatism, muscular aches and pains, stress, tension, depression, insomnia. It is a deeply relaxing oil.
